The Stewarding Supervisor you are second in command in the stewarding department and work under the supervision of a Stewarding Manager. You are responsible for enforcing the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards within the stewarding operation and includes all plates, glasses, equipment, utensils and cutlery. In this position you manage a group of stewarding employees or kitchen porters. Often are you also in charge of waste-management, HACCP controls and temperature controls. There can be multiple Stewarding Supervisor jobs per hotel, resort, restaurant, external venue and event location.
