A Sommelier is a true wine ‘connaisseur’. He or she has an extensive knowledge of wines from all over the world, awarded with a Sommeliers diploma. He or she is working in the restaurant or bar, and perhaps in the other food and beverage outlets as well, providing guests with excellent service with regards to choosing their wines. The Sommelier is focused on guest satisfaction and works closely together with the F&B team. The Sommelier is the sales person with regards to the wines.
