A Shiftleader F&B is the head of staff in the food and beverage operation, hotel or restaurant. He or she is an inspiring leader and knows all the tasks and responsibilities in the operation. The Shiftleader shares his or her knowledge to improve the total team performance to eventually increase sales and customer satisfaction. With your hands-on mentality you check the incoming orders and delegate the tasks amongst your colleagues. You directly report to the (Assistant) Manager.
