A Shiftleader Banqueting is the head of staff in the banqueting operation of the hotel, restaurant or other venue. He or she is an inspiring leader and knows all the tasks and responsibilities before, during and after the parties and events. The Shiftleader shares his or her knowledge to improve the total team performance to eventually increase customer satisfaction. With your hands-on mentality you check the requirements for setups for events, steer the setting of the rooms and delegate the tasks amongst your colleagues. You directly report to the (Assistant) Manager.
