As a Restaurant Supervisor you are end responsible for all operational tasks in the restaurant. Your responsibilities include the (delegation of the) set-up of the tables, the food, beverages and amenities around the restaurant. You assist your guest by taking care of their requirements. Different parties and events could need your assistance, this depends on the restaurant, hotel or other location that you work for. Events could include weddings, business meetings, galas, receptions, presentations, obsequies, fairs, and even festivals.
