Restaurant Manager Breakfast

As Restaurant Manager Breakfast you are the end responsible of the operation during breakfast of the restaurant. When the Hotel (or external) guests have breakfast, the Restaurant Manager Breakfast is responsible for a smooth operation. You oversee all the staff operating the Food & Beverage departments, outlets and/or restaurant in the morning. Planning and scheduling of the staff, menu engineering and supervising are part of your activities. You are responsible for the purchasing of supplies, guest satisfaction and sales of breakfast items.
