Restaurant Manager

As Restaurant Manager you are the end responsible of the total operation of the restaurant. You are in charge of all the staff operating the Food & Beverage departments, outlets and/or restaurant. Planning and scheduling of the staff, budgeting, menu engineering and supervising are part of your daily activities. You are responsible for the purchasing of supplies, including china, linen and glassware. You are in charge of the team and guest satisfaction and sales are your primary goal.
