You are experienced in the Hospitality industry and have plenty of knowledge with regards to the execution of events. During a party or event, which might be on location, you are the one in charge. You are responsible for the direct service, steer the team and ensure ultimate guest satisfaction. During the execution you work pro-actively together with the operational Hospitality team, but you also do the preparation and planning of the event. You work closely together with the restaurant manager and the chef.
