F&B Project Manager

As Food and Beverage Project Manager you take care of the preparation and execution of an event on location or in a hotel or restaurant. You are responsible for all the arrangements for materials and supplies and the briefing of the total F&B team, including the managers. You are in close contact with the client and ensure ultimate guest satisfaction by identifying their requirements and exceed expectations. You are the final responsible of the execution of all F&B related concepts, from the theoretical preparation, to the execution to the aftercare.
