As Food and Beverage employee you are responsible for the direct customer service of your guests. You work in the operation of a hotel, restaurant or event location. You gain or have (basic) Hospitality skills, you take orders, you advise your guests in food and beverage choices and you sell the total experience. Cleaning and preparing tables, buffets, and maintaining a standard of cleanliness is part of your job. It is possible that you stand on your feet a long period of time.
