As a Banqueting Supervisor you are end responsible for all banqueting related tasks. You are in charge of the on-going parties in the hotel, venue or restaurant. Your responsibilities include the (delegation of the) set-up of the banqueting/meeting rooms and the food, beverages and amenities inside of the room. You assist your guest by taking care of their requirements. Different parties could need your assistance, this depends on the restaurant, hotel or other location that you work for. Events could include weddings, business meetings, galas, receptions, presentations, obsequies, fairs, and even festivals. The execution of the MICE tasks are incorporated in this function.
