Banqueting & Events Employee
It is your primary responsibility to ensure excellent guest service with regards to food and beverage supplies during the parties in the hotel, restaurant or event location. You take care of the setup of the rooms, the buffet and the food and drinks service. You are in direct contact with the guest and ensure great customer service. Tasks might furthermore include mise en place, welcoming guests, taking food and drink orders and cleaning up after the event has taken place.
