As Banquet Manager you mostly report to the Sales and F&B Manager. You are responsible for the arrangements for locating food and beverages in the total establishment. This could include ordering and purchasing of food, planning and controlling and budgeting. You are in control of all china and glassware, quality of service and supervision of your team. Development and maintenance of customer service is part of your daily activities. You are likely to be in operational charge of the banquets of parties and events in your establishment.
