Management Training Opportunity - Sales & Marketing
Working at the London Headquarters, sitting with the UK FSO and the EMEA FSO, the candidate will assist the travel industry Support Executive and RDOS EMEA in coordinating activity plans for the EU FSO; learn and work on the sales account management system. Supporting the team with logistics and RSVPs for various sales events. They will be backing the travel industry support executive in administrational tasks to allow FSOs focusing on selling activities.
The main responsibility will be to work alongside and provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications Director and the Marketing Executive for Travel Trade. Assistance will be needed to help deliver the marketing communication activities (direct marketing and e-marketing). You will also learn how to use numerous sales and marketing account management systems.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent excel skills
- Good powerpoint skills
- Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills
- Demonstrate initiative, creative thinking and enthusiasm for the role
- Accuracy and great attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Eligible to work and live in the UK
German, French, Spanish, Italian (Desirable)
