This website is owned and operated by Hospitables International B.V. and is made available to you on the following terms & conditions. By using the site and the services available on it you are deemed to accept these terms & conditions and any additional terms & conditions which expressly apply to services and information provided by third parties.

Data proportion
The use of personal information supplied by users of this site is governed by our privacy policy. Our privacy policy can be found here.

Use of the site
The information and services available on the site(s) are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and career information and for employers seeking to recruit staff. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site.

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights on the site and the material available on the site belongs to Hospitables International B.V. or its clients. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

Job advertisements
Job advertisements contained on the site are provided by prospective employers and their agents and are not reviewed by us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of advertisements and expect candidates and (prospective) clients to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances.

Hospitables.com services
Services and information provided on the site by us and our third-party clients are intended to assist in the job seeking or recruitment (marketing) process. Neither we nor our third-party clients can guarantee their suitability or prospects of success in any particular case. You should obtain independent verification before relying on information provided on the site in circumstances which may result in loss or damage.

Service availability
We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may additionally alter the design and specifications of the site at any time.

Limitation of liability
Our liability, and the liability of our third-party suppliers, for any loss or damage suffered by you as the result of your use of this site is limited to your actual direct damages and, except in the case of fraud, excludes any loss of future earnings, profit or prospects or any consequential or speculative loss

Governing law
These terms & conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Dutch Law and all disputes shall be decided by the Dutch courts either in Amsterdam or The Hague.

Terms & Conditions of Business for Partners

References to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ are references to Hospitables International B.V. and its operating website Hospitables.com.

Partner’ means any person, company, organisation, or firm which purchases Services from us.

Subscription’ means an order for Services via a form provided by us (in any format) and signed and/or agreed by via (digital or physical) mail by a Partner.

Services’ means all recruitment products and services made available by us from time to time depending upon the level of subscription.

Contracting date’ means in respect of any order form relating to the provision of Services for a specific period of time commencing on the start date specified in the Subscription and ending on the last day of the same month in a future year. For example, the Subscription starts on 19 June 2017 and will be terminated the earliest on 30 June 2018.

Contract length’ means the full term specified in the Subscription.

Commencement of Services
We will not commence the provision of Services pursuant to any Subscription until the Subscription has been returned to us, in a form approved by us and signed by the Partner.

Prices are guaranteed for the Contract Length stated on the Subscription. Prices are confidential and mat not be disclosed by the Partner.

A job posted on Hospitables.com will remain live for a maximum of 365 days or such shorter time as the Partner wishes. Any extension of this time can be arranged by the Partner itself by withdrawing job and re-publishing it. All prices of Hospitables are ‘all you can post’ principle meaning that you can post an unlimited number of jobs per year, unless otherwise stated. If no price has been agreed a flat fee of € 499 per job will be charged for each job. All jobs are identified by its unique ID number. If no price has been agreed and the flat fee is applicable, each job is counted individually. This means if a Partner deletes a job and then either reposts it or posts another, this will be classed as two (2) jobs.

The Partner is at all times responsible for payment for any used and unused Services.

The Prices published in the agreement exclude our ‘Premium’ services which can be selected by each Partner independently.

All (published) prices exclude VAT, are non-refundable and inclusive of a 20% payment discount when paid within 14 days. The ultimate payment term is 28 days, after day 14 of the payment term the 20% payment discount is no longer applicable. Late payment will entitle us to suspend provision of Services. Interest will be payable on late payments.

If a Partner makes a Subscription for more than 1 entity a consolidated invoice will be send to the Partner who signed and approved the Subscription. No invoice(s) will be send to the separate entities.

The Partner may terminate in writing the provision of Services under any Subscription by no less than:

Contract duration – Notice period
Up to 1 year – 30 days
Up to 2 years – 90 days
Up to 3 years – 180 days

To expire at the end of the Contract Length.

You may terminate the Services at the end of the Contract Length if:

  • We are in material breach of these Terms & Conditions and have not remedied such breach within ten (10) days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or: 
  • We become insolvent, cease to trade or go into liquidation 
  • Terminated by the Partner before the end of the Contract Length may, at our discretion, result in loss of discounts agreed for the entire Contract Length.

We may terminate the provision of Services if:

  • The Partner is in material breach of these Terms & Conditions and has not remedied such breach within ten (10) days of notice specifying the breach and requiring that it be remedied, or:
  • The Partner becomes insolvent, ceases to trade or goes into liquidation

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to the Partner in respect of any Services, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence is limited to the total amount paid to us during the Contract Length for such Services or € 5.000, whichever is the lesser.

Job Postings
If you are an employment agency or an employment business it is your responsibility to ensure that advertisements you place on Hospitables.com comply with your obligations under the local/national and/or International regulations whichever are applicable to your business. You agree to comply with all applicable regulations as they affect the conduct of your business and the advertisements you place on Hospitables.com.

Site rules
We have rules regarding the content and format of job posted on Hospitables.com. Their purpose is to ensure that users who search and/or use the site get results which are presented as clearly and informatively as possible. You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from Hospitables.com any advertisement which is posted in breach of these rules. The rules may change from time to time and you are advised to refer to them regularly. Please be advised that these rules include the layout of the job posting and that it’s forbidden to make any difference between users with regards to gender, age, sexual preference, disabilities (unless in a positive way) and any other remarks which exclude any equal employment rights.

The rules are but not limited to:

  • No duplicating of jobs at the expense of other Partners jobs
  • No gratuitous use of keywords in job descriptions or job titles. Gratuitous is defined as deliberately inserting words, strings of words, or repeating job titles, with the intention of influencing position in the results listing, or increasing the number of page views.
  • Job advertisements placed on Hospitables.com must be for genuine vacancies only, and not for other products or services, either relating to or unrelated to recruitment including, but not limited to, affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or any other so called 'business opportunity'.
  • URLs or email links (live or text only) are not permitted in the body copy of the job description page. Email links are permitted from the 'send an email' link and URL linking is permitted from the 'apply' link.

Illegal Advertisements
Advertisements which appear to discriminate on grounds of sex, race or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. If we believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory we may at our discretion either amend the advertisement or remove it from Hospitables.com without liability to you to make any refund of amounts paid or due to be paid in respect of the posting or otherwise and will inform you accordingly.

Responses to advertisements
You agree to deal fairly and professionally with individuals who may respond to an advertisement you have posted and not do anything which may bring Hospitables.com into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claim brought by an individual against Hospitables.com arising from your breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.

We do not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.

Site availability
We use our best efforts to ensure that Hospitables.com is available to users of the world wide web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, at times the site may be partially or completely unavailable due to technical faults or reasons beyond our control such as failures by third party service providers or a risk of virus attack. We will deal with these situations as quickly as reasonably possible, but you agree that we shall have no financial liability to you in the event of such unavailability.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate equipment and are connected to the appropriate services to enable you to post jobs to Hospitables.com.

Content and links
Your advertisement cannot be linked to another site, unless provides so by us. We may remove from Hospitables.com any advertisement which contains content or links to a site which, in our opinion, is defamatory, illegal or objectionable or will bring Hospitables.com into disrepute. You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained in your advertisements.

Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. We may deny access to a password if we reasonably believe that it’s being used by an unauthorised person or that the user is breaching these Terms & Conditions.

Third party sites
Jobs you post on Hospitables.com may also appear on third party recruitment websites pursuant to agreements from time-to-time between Hospitables.com, it’s suppliers and the proprietors of such websites. Furthermore, Jobs you post on Hospitables.com may also appear on third party websites and platforms from time-to-time depending upon integration between these platforms and Hospitables.com. These third-party sites are not limited to our social media accounts such as including but not limited to Google Plus, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and WeChat.

The website is operated by Hospitables.com and is made available on these Terms & Conditions. By using this website and signing the Subscription you accept these Terms & Conditions which shall be interpreted according to the Dutch laws.

Hospitables.com grants you a non-exclusive license to access and use the content of this website for your personal purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the content for commercial purposes.
You acknowledge that the data contained within this website belongs to Hospitables.com. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

Data protection
Hospitables.com use of personal information supplied by you when you use this website is governed by our privacy policy and applicable (European) legislation such as the GDPR.

Website availability
Hospitables.com may at any time make alterations to or withdraw this website or any part of it.

Limitation of Liability
Hospitables.com excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this website. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose. Hospitables.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use or inability to use this website.

Where this website contains links to external sites, Hospitables.com denies all responsibility and liability (including negligence) in relation to the content of such sites.

Copyright of Partners
The Partner grants Hospitables.com a royalty free use of all relevant trademarks, logo's, video's and images for the duration of the Contract Length. The trademarks, logo's, video's, images of Partners used on the Hospitables.com website will only be used for the sole purpose of promoting the job advertisements(s) of the Partner on Hospitables.com, third-party websites and/or our social media accounts. The ownership of these trademarks, logo's, video's and images will remain with the Partner. Hospitables.com will not use these logo's, video's and images in advertisements other than to promote the Partner and its job advertisements on the homepage of the Hospitables.com website, within the customer list, customer profile, search overview, job advertisement and Partner marketing via our social media accounts

Including the word “Hospitables”, and the trades marks in which is included the word “Hospitables”, the figures of “Hospitables” and the domain where the word “Hospitables is listed are registered assets. All these including this website, various (other) domains, databases, software, data, concepts, designs and all copyrights are owned by Cortesia I&IP B.V. registered in The Hague. Including the principal Hospitables International B.V., its agents and other sales offices and consuls use these assets conditionally under license.

Explicitly applied is the copyright notice. No text or graphics on this website may be reproduced or published in any form or by any means, or saved in an automated (data) file, without the written permission of Hospitables International B.V. only. We are not responsible for abuse by third parties of the information protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.

This website licensed to Hospitables International B.V. and set up with the utmost care, but it might happen that the information on the website on a certain moment will be incomplete, unactual or not correct. However, the content of this website is only for information purposes, no rights to information can be derived.
