The Stewarding Manager is responsible for enforcing the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards within the stewarding operation and includes all plates, glasses, equipment, utensils and cutlery. In this position you manage a group of stewarding employees or kitchen porters. Often are you also in charge of waste-management, HACCP controls and temperature controls. There is only one Stewarding Manager job per hotel, restaurant, external venue and event location.
