Kitchen porters are in charge of making sure the kitchen, pots, pans and working areas are optimally cleaned. You ensure that the kitchen is cleaned, collect pots and pans and wash them up, clean working area’s and equipment, during service provide support by hauling extra Mise-en-Place from fridges and freezers and keeping the storeroom organized. Overall are you in charge of maintaining the high levels of cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, floors and walls. There are multiple Kitchen Porter jobs per hotel, restaurant, external venue and event location.
